Response time

Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. If you're reaching out over the weekend, expect to hear back Monday morning.

During particularly busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours. If you haven't heard back within two business days, check your spam folder or send a follow-up.

What happens after you reach out

You'll receive a brief email acknowledging your inquiry and suggesting a few times for an exploratory call. These calls happen via video (Zoom or Google Meet—your preference).

On the call, we'll discuss what brings you to this work, what you're hoping to address, and whether the approach aligns with your needs. I'll answer questions about process, logistics, and what to expect.

If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we'll schedule your first session. If not, I'll do my best to point you toward resources that might serve you better. Either outcome is fine—the goal is finding what actually supports your growth.
