User Responsibilities

Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book a session or service, you agree to the following:

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You will receive confirmation of your appointment time via email.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. You will be charged for the full session.

No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of InnerShift.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client communications and session content. However, this confidentiality is not absolute and may be limited by law or in situations involving:

• Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
• Suspected abuse or neglect of vulnerable persons
• Legal requirements or court orders

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during services, is the property of InnerShift and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
